Shipping
We package every Vibe + Hue order with care—because luxury should arrive like an experience.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Vibe + Hue Candle Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays can happen—especially during holidays or peak seasons. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not able to control delivery timelines.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all candle sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
Please email orders@vibehuecandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit based on availability.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, Vibe + Hue Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with household members/neighbors
- Looking around entry points and mail areas
- Contacting the carrier directly

Order Changes & Cancellations
We work quickly to process orders, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been placed.
If you need to request an update immediately after ordering, email orders@vibehuecandles.com and include your order number. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
