Shipping + Processing

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (not including weekends/holidays). During launches or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer—because every pour is intentional.

How much is shipping?
We offer $6 flat rate shipping on orders under $50, and free standard shipping on orders $50+.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns + Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of handmade home fragrance, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

My candle arrived damaged—what do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage
  • The shipping box + packing materials

We’ll review and send a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Candle Care

How do I get the best burn?
For your cleanest, longest burn:

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each light
  • Burn for 2–4 hours at a time
  • Let the wax melt edge-to-edge on the first burn to prevent tunneling

How long will my candle last?
Your burn time depends on size and wick type, but our 8 oz signature vessels are designed for an extended, luxury burn experience.

What are your candles made with?
Vibe + Hue candles are crafted with:

  • A premium soy wax blend
  • Essential oil-based fragrances
  • A clean-burning wick (cotton or wood, depending on the candle)

Are your candles clean?
Yes. All candles are:

  • Vegan
  • Cruelty-free
  • Gluten-free
  • Made without phthalates or parabens

Product Details

Why does the vessel look different by size?
Our collections are offered in multiple formats depending on the release:

  • 8 oz: poured in a signature glass vessel
  • 4 oz: poured in a tin for travel, gifting, and sampling the collection

Each one is designed to feel elevated—just in a different way.

Do all candles use the same wick?
Not always. Some fragrances perform best with a specific wick type, so we choose the wick based on the scent profile and vessel for the best experience.

Safety

Are candles safe around pets and children?
Always burn responsibly. Keep candles:

  • On a stable, heat-safe surface
  • Away from drafts
  • Out of reach of children and pets
    Never leave a candle unattended.
