Candle Care + Safety
Candle Care
A Vibe + Hue burn is a ritual—slow, intentional, and designed to elevate your space. Follow these care tips for a clean, even burn and the best fragrance experience.
First Burn Matters
Allow your candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the vessel.
This helps prevent tunneling and creates an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
Trim Your Wick
Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
A properly trimmed wick helps reduce soot and keeps the flame steady.
Burn Time
For best performance, burn 2–4 hours at a time.
Do not burn longer than 4 hours in one session.
Keep It Clean
If needed, gently remove any wick debris or trimmed pieces from the wax pool before relighting.
Extinguish With Care
Extinguish by gently dipping the wick into the wax pool or using a candle snuffer. Avoid blowing directly into the vessel to reduce smoke.
Let It Reset
Allow wax to cool and fully solidify before moving or relighting your candle.
Candle Safety
Your safety is essential. Please use your Vibe + Hue candle responsibly and follow the guidelines below every time you burn.
Always Burn Within Sight
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep Away From Children & Pets
Place candles out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Use a Heat-Safe Surface
Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, vents, or anything flammable.
Keep Away From Flammable Items
Keep candle away from curtains, bedding, paper, décor, and anything that may catch fire.
Do Not Move While Burning
Vessels may become hot. Do not touch or move the candle while lit or while wax is melted.
Stop Burning When Wax Is Low
Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains to prevent overheating the container.
One Candle At a Time (Best Practice)
Allow adequate space between burning candles to avoid excess heat.
Never Use Water to Extinguish
Do not extinguish with water. Wax can splatter and glass may crack.
For the best experience, burn with intention—and let your space become the destination.
